Hello Everyone
A few days ago Me, Leah, Grannie and Aunty Shona went to Legoland in Windsor. We caught the train from Edinburgh down to London and then used the underground from Kings Cross to Windsor(Kings cross is where harry potter was filmed and we saw the wall where they disappear). The day we arrived it was 33 degrees so we were all feeling very hot!!!
Walking into Legoland was amazing as there was loads of things made out of Lego, so much to look at, it was awesome!!! We have put lots of photos on for you to see - everything is made from lego. As well as all the lego to look at there were so many rides. leah's favourite ride was Pirate Falls and Viking River Splash. Aunty Shona and Leah got drenched on Pirate Falls but they loved it!!!!
My favourite ride was the Dragon. It is a very very fast rollercoaster that goes round corners really fast and down steep stepp hills into a dark cave. We all screamed on some of the corners. Grannie and Aunty Shona liked it too - Aunty shona screamed the most! NO Leah DID!!!!!
We were there from 9am till 8pm so did lots of things. When looking at the photos see if you can spot Leah and I among the Lego characters.
Leah's favourite lego model was Olivia from friends lego and she was taller than Leah.
The mexicans played music and different sounds.
We went to see the Star Wars exhibition, it was all made out of Lego. Leah thought Yoda is cute (somehow)?! Darth vader is about 2 metres tall.
The bottom three photos are in miniland which is loads of models mdae out of lego from places in Europe and US, nothing from NZ(sadly).
This was London in Miniland, the bottom right hand picture is the underground that we went on to get to Windsor.
the top left hand picture is at Cardiff with ireland playing wales in rugby. The bottom left hand picture is Edinburgh castle (we still have to visit the real one in the next few days)
"that monkey is adorable"(Leah)
The polar bear is relaxing in the sunshine. They all looked so realistic.
The top left hand corner is a ride called Jolly Rocker and it sways and rocks back and forward. We went on this straight after lunch - not good for Shonas tummy!!!!
Can you tell which lego princess in the bottom left hand picture is real?
